QnC Laundry Service Terms & Conditions
1. Customers can only make a complaint within a maximum of 3 days from the date of collection or 14 days from the date of the note (whichever comes first).
2. Customers are required to show the original note at the time of filing a complaint.
3. We are not responsible for kilograms of laundry that fade or get faded in one-note laundry.
4. Damage to clothes due to poor quality factors (shrinkage, fading, or fading of the color of the fabric) is not our responsibility.
5. It is not recommended to put clothes made of thin or valuable in the kilo laundry. We are not responsible for laundry damage like this in kiloan laundry.
6. All compensation due to our mistakes will be replaced with a maximum of 25x the washing fee (Laundry Kiloan) or 15x the washing fee (Laundry Pieces). Except for replacement with a laundry voucher up to 50x the washing fee (Laundry Kiloan) and 30x the washing fee (Laundry Pieces). The washing fee is calculated based on the price of laundry per piece item or per kilo note.
7. Each complaint can take up to 14 days to be investigated. The customer must wait for that time.
8. If the results of the investigation conclude that we must make compensation, then the process of disbursing funds will be carried out within 14 days.
9. Payment of compensation for funds is only paid by bank transfer or voucher.
10. We are not responsible for lost valuables due to being left on clothes.
11. All damages and losses arising from FORCE MAJEUR such as: natural disasters, fires, riots and so on are not our responsibility.
12. We are not responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged because it is not picked up within 30 days from the date of the order note.
