Makassar Terms & Conditions

  1. Ready for instant (same day) or non-instant (minimum D-1) bookings

  2. Valid for all items in kilograms and units (excluding items such as Mats and Large Carpets)

  3. For non-instant orders, there is no transfer fee for transactions of any size

  4. For instant order,

    • There is a shuttle fee for transactions under IDR 50,000​

    • Free pick up and drop off fees for transactions up to IDR 50,000  with a maximum of IDR 15,000

  5. Laundry Shuttle is guaranteed with the same service T&C as regular laundry

  6. Neither QnC Laundry nor Ride-Hailing couriers accept payments. Payment please be made online according to the link provided by the admin or on the ordering channel

Bali
Syarat & Ketentuan Bali

  1. Siap untuk pemesanan instan (hari yang sama) atau non-instan (minimal H-1)

  2. Berlaku untuk semua item kiloan dan satuan (di luar item seperti Matras dan Karpet besar)

  3. Untuk pemesanan instan,

    • Dikenakan biaya antar jemput untuk transaksi di bawah Rp 50,000​

    • Gratis biaya jemput untuk transaksi yang mencapai Rp 50,000 dengan maksimal sebesar Rp 17,000

  4. Biaya pengantaran laundry bersih dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan dengan kondisi mencakup tapi tidak terbatas pada hasil laundry tidak muat untuk diantarkan dengan motor.

  5. Laundry Antar Jemput dijamin dengan S&K layanan yang sama dengan laundry biasa

  6. Pemesanan via e-form akan langsung diproses sesuai informasi yang Anda isi. Jika ada informasi yang tidak sesuai atau perubahan informasi, kami tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap biaya tambahan atau jika terjadi hal yang membuat Anda tidak nyaman

  7. Baik kurir QnC Laundry atau Ride-Hailing tidak menerima pembayaran. Pembayaran mohon dilakukan secara online sesuai dengan link yang diberikan oleh admin atau pada channel pemesanan
